Fusilli
Best Served: Baked; With Cream/Cheese, Meat, In Pasta Salad and Soup
These pastas are curly like corkscrews. If you really want to differentiate between them, fusilli is a little tighter, but there’s not much in it. They’re great for the same thing: coarse sauces that can get trapped in the screw threads. These quarter sized circles can be used festively in a number of ways, from mac and cheese to soup.
